SPICY HONEY

Lit up your senses and enjoy a summer night “canarian style”, anytime, anywhere

  • 1½ oz. / 45ml Aguere Vintage Honey Rum
  • 5 lime dices
  • 1 Ginger dice
  • Crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. Add 10 grams of ginger to a collins glass, mash until ground.
  2. Add 5 dices of lime, 2 tsp of white sugar and muddle again.
  3. Pour 1½ oz. of Aguere Vintage Honey Rum, crushed ice and stir well with a mixing spoon.
  4. Complete with crushed ice and garnish with lime. 

 

MOJITO VINTAGE

Give the classic mojito a twist with Aguere Vintage Honey Rum and a dash of Ginger Ale

  • 1½ oz. / 45ml Aguere Vintage Honey Rum
  • 3 lime dices
  • 2 sugar tsp
  • 8 spearmint leaves
  • Ginger Ale

Preparation:

  1. Add 3 dices of lime and 2 tsp of white sugar to a collins glass muddle it all together and then add 8 mint leaves and muddle it again gently.
  2. Pour 1½ oz. Aguere Vintage Honey Rum
  3. Add 3 ice cubes and fill with ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with a spearmint sprig.

 

AGUERE TROPICAL HONEY

The taste of ripe pineapple and fresh orange blend with the best aged rum and honey ... just add ice ... and the beach party is served!

  • 1½ oz. / 45ml Aguere Vintage Honey Rum
  • 80gr Pineapple
  • 4 Orange dices
  • 2 sugar tsp
  • ½ oz. / 15ml Granadine

Preparation:

  1. Add 80 grams of pineapple, 4 orange dices and 2 tsp of sugar to a Boston shaker or a mixing glass
  2. Muddle everything together and pour 1½ oz. of Aguere vintage Honey Rum and ½oz. of grenadine.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
  4. Put 2 ice cubes into a balloon glass and double-strain it into the glass.
  5. Complete with crushed ice and garnish with a wedge of pineapple
