The Wrecking Coast Cornish Clotted Cream Gin 70cl
The Wrecking Coast distillery was founded in Tintagel and to create this delightful little tipple they firstly macerate a range of 12 different botanicals into a neutral grain spirit for a minimum of two weeks before they run this through something known as an iStill (computer operated).
Whilst this process is ongoing they take the Cornish Clotted Cream and cold distill this in a Vacuum and then once both processes are finished these are infused together.
The resulting flavour is a body full of the Clotted Cream which is followed by notes of Juniper and Vanilla infused with just a touch of Cracked Peppercorn to finish.
