From the Starward team in Australia comes their single malt Nova Whiskey which has been aged inside Australian Red Wine casks which have been sourced from local wineries that produce Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Cabernet.

Before the Whisky is placed inside the Casks they are lightly Charred or Steamed allowing the Wine to impart it's flavour upon the Whisky.

Sweet Honey infused with Cinnamon at the forefront before Red Fruity notes come through with some Citrus Orange and a Toffee finish.
