Silent Pool Rose Gin 70cl
This release from the Silent Poll team is based around their original recipe Gin, however seeks to enhance the Rose flavours.... and it does just that.
It utilises many of the original Botanicals and even increases the amounts used, this is such for the Pear, Bergamot, Cubeb and Cardamom and of course the addition of Rose Tea infusion!
A refreshing tipple with notes of Bright Lemon Citrus coming through before it is taken over by the Delicate and Sweet Floral Rose notes.
Ideal with lots of Ice, and Elderflower Tonic and a Slice of Pear to Garnish (as recommended by Silent Pool themselves).
