This exciting little tipple from the Rock Rose team sees them taking Fresh Grapefruit and peeling by hand before adding these peels into their Botanical mix.
This is then all distilled together and a good helping of Muscovado Sugar to give it the authentic Old Tom sweetness.
The result is a Gin which is Packed full of Refreshing Zesty Citrus Pink Grapefruit notes with a touch of Floral Lavender and Juniper infused with a hint of Vanilla and a Sweet finish.
