This exciting little tipple from the Plantation teams comes in the form of their limited edition Terravera range, with this one being focused on Fiji.

For this particular expression they age the Rum inside 200L Bourbon casks for 17 years before a further aging inside 350L Ferrand casks for a further 2 year.

Produced with Molasses in a Column still, this Rum is bursting full of flavour with the most notable being Oily Quince infused with Citrus and Coconut before a Cinnamon like finish.
