From the Mossburn team comes the first release within their Signature range, with the key focus being onthe various profiles of different regions in Scotland and then finished off in specially crafted Casks.

The key focus for this release is Single Malts from the Islands which are then treated to a finish in 200 litre first fill Bourbon Cask Staves and Toasted European Oak Cask heads.

All resulting in an initially Dry Spiced Whisky with notable flavours of Cinnamon on the forefront before a Sweeter Raisin profile comes through and underlying Smokey notes throughout.
