For this Tipple from the M&H Distillery their journey took them to Jerez, where they oversaw the production of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry which was produced especially for them.

After a year of seasoning with Sherry the casks are transported over to the M&H Distillery to allow for their Whisky to be matured inside and is the first Single Malt Sherry casks aged Whisky in the world to be Kosher certified.
