This Masters London dry gin has a very unusual method of production.... starting with a re-distillation of Grain Spirit with Juniper, Cardamon and Coriander it then moves on to three different macerations with Seville Lemon, Bitter Seville Orange and Sweet Valencia Orange.

All three macerations are left to rest for a minimum of a year and then combined with the first Distillate and creates this exquisite Gin!

A very Citrus lead Gin with Orange being the clear Winner in this race with finishing notes of a Spicy Juniper!
