Lind and Lime Gin 70cl
Lind & Lime Gin is a Scottish gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery at the Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh.
The Gin tells the stories about the remarkable distilling, industrial and scientific heritage of Leith, which for centuries was Scotland's gateway to the world.
It is a benchmark London Dry style gin; a delicate balance of Juniper and Lime with the Gentle Spice of Pink Peppercorns.
Tasting notes:
On the nose, Juniper and Pink Peppercorns dominate with the Lime emerging as a Sweet Citrus scent.
On the palate, Lime Zest, Pepper and Juniper are all in gentle harmony with a smooth texture derived from the Citrus Oils.
Our recommended serve is 1 parts Gin to 2 parts Schweppes Crisp Tonic, served over Ice.
