Joining the Laphroaig range in 2024, this Whisky if you hadn't guessed has been matured for a minimum of 18 years, spending its time inside Bourbon barrels.
Bottled at 48% this Whisky is designed to have less peatiness than it's predecessor's and it has done just that but instead joined with more sweetness and layers of flavour.
Nose: Plenty of Sweet Vanilla comes through with touches of Toffee and Gooseberry with subtle hints of Apple and Cinnamon.
Palate: Orange and Nectarine on the forefront with a Full Bodied mouth feel before Herbal notes develop with Honey Sweetness and undertones of Ginger and Peat.
Finish: A Sweet, Rich and Smoky finish.
