Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky 70cl
From the Isla of Raasay distillery comes their Single Malt Whisky which has been treated to a six-part maturation process before being bottled.
They take both Unpeated and Peated Spirits and mature them individually in First Fill Rye Whiskey casks, then inside Chinkapin Oak casks before finishing off in first fill Bordeaux Red Wine casks.
Lightly Peated on the fore before a Fruitier Apricot forward body develops with notes of Blackcurrant, Cinnamon and Vanilla coming through before a full bodied Oaky finish.
