This release as part of the House of Botanicals range is the first expression and comes to us by none other than the well known bitters making man that is Dr. Adam Elmegirab! He was tempted away from just bitters and has ventured in to the world of Gin and has release his Old Tom Style Gin.

To produce this Gin he takes classic style botanicals Juniper (Obviously), Angelica Root, Oris Root, Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Almond, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel, Moroccan Saffron, Chamomile Flowers and some Muscovado Sugar.

All these botanicals create a wonderful Floral Sweet Gin with notes of the Sugar and Citrus running throughout and just a hint of Marzipan.
