Highland Park 25yr Old Whisky 70cl 2022 release
This 25 Year release from the Highland Park team is made from a combination of just 12 casks: 5 first-fill sherry seasoned European Oak Hogsheads, two first-fill sherry seasoned American Oak casks and five virgin unseasoned American Oak hogsheads which have been carefully selected by master whisky maker Gordon Motion.
The result is a natural Golden colour which is complex, bursting with Sweet coconut and Honeyed Violet on the nose. Notes of Lychee, Orange and Oak-Smoke Coconut on the tongue with a Fresh Rosemary and Peat Smoke on the finish.
