This release from the DonQ team is their standard level expression which is made with a multiple distillation process and then allowed to age in American Oak Barrels to help boost the smooth characteristics of the rum.
This is a Clear White Rum which is great for cocktails as it doesn't change the colour but enhances the flavour wonderfully.
