For this expression the Cockspur Master Blender takes a combination of Rums which have been aged in both Spanish Oloroso Sherry Casks and Bourbon Casks and blends them together with a limited of 100 casks per batch.
The result is a Dark Rum which is Sweet with hints of Syrup infused with Dried Oak and hints of Orange Chocolate to finish off.
