Clairin Communal Rum 70cl
This is a blend of the four clairin's from the four communes of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St Michel de l'Attalaye.
It's produced natually with no herbicides of pesticides, and it is fermented using only natural Yeast.
This rum has wonderful notes of Fresh Papaya and Sweet Pears along with a Sweet Sugar finish and just a touch of Herbaceaous Pine.
Should mix well in coktails and long drinks alike!
