This Melon Liqueur Brought to us by the Edmond Birottet team is made by Macerating Melons in Alcohol for a minimum of Two months and then adding a secret recipe of Flavouring to create a better balanced Liqueur which is more rounded and produced a more flavoursome liqueur! An obviously Melon dominated liqueur with notes of Spice running throughout!
