A characterful silver Rum that showcases the flavour retained by traditional pot-distillation. Notes of dried herbs, citrus and wild grass on the nose with sweet ripe tropical fruits, white pepper and a long finish on the palate. Unusually for a "white" Rum, many of our customers enjoy sipping this Rum at room temperature or on the rocks. It is also very versatile with mixers and it pairs particularly well with Elderflower Tonic, Cranberry juice, Cola, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Iced Tea and more. This Rum performs as the base spirit for cocktails, especially in a Mojito, Strawberry Daiquiri and Rum Punch.

We are one of the few Rum distilleries in the UK that makes our own spirit completely from scratch, starting with Grade A imported cane sugar molasses. All fermentation, distillation (twice pot-distilled) infusion and bottling is done by us. This unaged pure single Rum is cut to 40% after its second pot-distillation and has nothing added to it whatsoever. All the nose and flavours on the palate come from the care we take over the precisely controlled fermentation of the cane sugar molasses and computer monitored distillation. A great sipping spirit at room temperature or over ice as well as being very versatile with mixers. This Rum is packaged in a really stunning painted premium bottle which is fully recyclable and contains zero plastics. Our Rums are also Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.
