Unit 6 Gin is produced through the use of Science! They specially select 6 different botanicals and use a Vacuum Distillation process which allows the flavours to be enhanced and produces a better Gin!

This Gin is made using Bergamot, Kaffir Lime, Coriander, Pink Pepper, Freesia and of course Juniper! By naturally reducing the boiling points of the Botanicals it allows them to create a Gin which has Natural and Pure flavours which are Elegant and Refreshing.

This Small Batch Gin has notes of Floral Pine running throughout with notes of Spicy Peppercorn and Juniper Infusions and just a touch of Bergamot and Kaffir to finish!
