This Captain's Cut Gin comes fresh out of Australia which is a variation on the West Winds Gin with an increased strength that goes to 63%!
This is a very intense Gin with strong flavours of Pepper and Herbs running throughout and a hard finish of Juniper!
Not one for those who don't like a strong Gin!
Best served in in heavily diluted drinks or with lots of tonic!
