The name refers to a state of mind of ‘living in the moment - detached from difficulties of life’
They use a mixed GNS base of the highest quality rice and other grain spirits. Rice adds textural advantage in the base alcohol that makes it into the final product leads ‘with’ rice.
Principal Notes: Juniper, Yuzu Citrus, Bitter Orange, and Coriander.
Background Notes: Pine, Lavender, Matcha Tea
