The 209 distillery have released this expression by taking their original Gin and resting it in ex Sauvignon Blanc Barrels for a minimum of 3 months which produces a Yellow tinted Gin which holds notes of Butter and Sweet Fruits in the body and finishes off with a Juniper and Oak infusion!
