Mermaid Gin is hand-crafted using ten ethically sourced botanicals. A smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest, t from fragrant rock samphire.
Our rock samphire, foraged from the Island’s shores, is locally known as 'Mermaid’s Kiss', as it grows just above the sea's high-tide line. We preserve the environment of mermaids by supporting marine conservation projects and by presenting our gin in a plastic-free package.

Mermaid Salt Vodka is shot through with a pinch of locally sourced island sea salt, enhancing its smoothness and accentuating its subtle flavour, like the gentle kiss of a mermaid.

This delicate vein of salt creates a back note that makes Mermaid Salt Vodka an essential ingredient for any well stocked back bar - an ideal base for adventurous cocktails, or a classic dirty martini.

Tropical island blends crafted for sipping on island time. Carried on trade winds from the sunny Caribbean to Isle of Wight shores, charmed across the Atlantic by spirits of the ocean and discovered basking in the warmth of a golden sunrise. Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, distilled in column stills and aged between 2 - 5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels. These island blends are sailed across the Atlantic from the Caribbean to the shores of our Island, then married together with local fruits and spices. Infused on the Isle of Wight with local fresh white cherry and apricot, honey from our beehives and black salt from our floodtides. Gently spiced with local holy grass, cassia and vanilla. Smooth yet complex, with a hint of sea air, delicate caramel notes and vibrant fruity spice.
