To bring us this splendid Gin, the Isle of Wight team carefully select 10 botanicals which are sourced for high quality and hand blended to create a more unique and authentically smooth taste.

Of these 10 botanicals the ones which really pack a punch are the Rock Samphire and Sicilian Lemon Zest. This along with the other botanicals create a Gin which is Smooth and Zesty Gin flavour and paired perfectly with your favourite premium tonic.

Before being bottled this Gin is allowed a 7 day resting period to ensure that all the flavours of the Gin are allowed enough time to mature properly. Job well done if you ask us!
