Clear, dark amber colour. A nose of well-married flavours of tropical dried fruits, toasted nuts and cooked pineapple. A elegant taste of aged rum hitched with caramelised pineapple with a mellow blend of cherry and vanilla. A medium-long finish of woody notes, raisin and a tropical zest.
