Plantation Rum's Single Cask programme returns in 2023, serving up one of kind expressions. Each Single Cask rum has its own vivid personality and benefits from the brands signature double aging technique.

Introducing Plantation's Trinidad 2011 rum, a column still rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited that is tropically aged for 10 years in ex bourbon casks. The rum is then transported by sea in its barrel over to Cogac, where is it aged for 1 year in a Ferrand Cognac Cask, then further matured for 1 year in a Burgundy Red Wine cask.

Tasting notes:

Intense and complex on cappuccino, hazelnut, lemongrass, strawberry and tonka bean. Delicate and sweet on dulce de lecce, pistachio, dark chocolate, prune, tropical fruit, raspberry and pepper.
