Chairman's Reserve 2009 Vintage Rum 70cl
Vintage 2009 is a combination of distillates from John Dore 2, Vendôme and Coffey Still.
The rums are aged independently for 11 years before being blended together by our Master Blender, Deny Duplessis, and then put back into barrels for some additional time to marry together before being bottled.
TASTING NOTES: Colour : Vibrant golden brown colour. Nose : Intense honeyed raisin nose
with flambeed toffee, banana, vanilla and tobacco tones.
Palate : Concentrated and powerful palate with sweet candied tropical fruits, tobacco and spices. Buttery toasty oak gives structure and depth as well as a smooth and complex finish of smoky leather and dark chocolate.
