Bollinger is a name that has forever been known for their creation of Fantastic Champagne and this is just another great addition to their fantastic portfolio.

To produce this Bollinger use 100% Grand Crus along with some of this being fermented inside their small tank stills. This particular expression has 60% Pinot Noir Grape, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier.

Once this has been blended together to ensure that the Champagne reaches its full potential they age this for a minimum of 3 years inside their Cellar. It is recommend as an Aperitif as well as an accompaniment to foods such as Scallops or certain Cheeses like Brie.

This Champagne has a Sparkly refreshing burst on the taste buds to begin with and is shortly followed by a Sweeter Grape note which is run throughout. This is a Unique flavour which Bollinger prides themselves in and the reason they have kept producing their exquisite Champagnes that everyone has grown to know and love!
