NOSE - Fresh on the nose, with strong aromatics of Rye Spice, and a little Mintiness. Very refreshing and approachable.
PALATE - Soft and Smooth – notably smoother than many Ryes, in fact – this has great balance between the Herbal Spiciness of Fennel and Caraway Seed and the Creamy Toffee notes from the cask.
FINISH - Dry, Spicy and Clean.
