A lightly spiced Rum with no added sugar, sweeteners, caramel or vanilla. This Rum has a light, natural sweetness of Fig and Date, with hints on the nose of Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger and Orange peel. There is a long finish on the palate making this Rum a great sipping spirit at room temperature or on the rocks. With light spicing and no sweeteners or vanilla, it is very versatile with mixers and it pairs particularly well with Ginger Beer, Cola,  Orange Juice, Cloudy Apple Juice, Pineapple Juice and more. This Rum is also exceptional in cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Rum Punch and a Mai Tai.

We are one of the few Rum distilleries in the UK that makes our own spirit completely from scratch, starting with Grade A imported cane sugar molasses. All fermentation, distillation (twice pot-distilled) infusion and bottling is done by us. This Rum is infused with eight whole botanicals and, unusually, we do not use any artificial sweeteners, syrups, caramels or vanilla. Figs and Dates are infused into our Rum to give it a light, natural sweetness. Our first ever batch of this Rum won a Gold Medal at the Global Spirits Masters '21 Blind tasting and a Silver Medal in the '21 Rum and Cachaça Masters competition. A great sipping spirit at room temperature or over ice as well as being very versatile with mixers due to the lack of added sugar and vanilla. This Rum is packaged in a really stunning painted premium bottle which is fully recyclable and contains zero plastics. Our Rums are also Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.
