This exciting little tipple is brought to us by the Brixton Distillery (located in Brixton if you hadn't guessed), is produced using a combination of Rums from Jamaica, Barbados and the Dominican Republic which have been aged inside Bourbon Barrels for a minimum of 5 years.
Once the Distillery receive these Rums they redistill them with a host of Botanicals which have been selected to enhance the flavour profile.
Plenty of Light Spicy notes on the forefront with Vanilla and Hibiscus undertones before a more Earthy Palate develops and hints of Caramel and Pepper to finish off.
