From the Canary Islands comes this unique and cult liqueur. Produced from aged rum and blended with natural caramel, toffee and a hint of coconut. Strikingly packaged, this indulgent, sweet rum based liqueur is perfect served chilled. 

Produced using the centuries old tradtions of Canarian rum production Aguere Caramel Rum is a unique liqueur made from the finest distilled sugar cane juices, blended with natural caramel and a hint of toffee.

Strong and distinctive caramel notes obtained by the use of caramelized sugar cane.

Smooth, sweet caramel and toffee flavours with gentle rum notes on the finish.

Serve it chilled in a shot glass, as the base ingredient for a different cocktail or as a surprising dessert!

AGUERE RED CARAMEL

All the flavor of Aguere Caramel Rum with a refreshing touch of citrus to enjoy the perfect sunset

  • 2 oz. / 60ml Aguere Caramel Rum
  • 2 sugar tsp
  • 4 red grapefruit dices
  • Fill with Appeltiser

Preparation:

  1. Place 4 dices of red grapefruit, 2 tsp of white sugar in a Collins glass and muddle everything together.
  2. Add crushed ice and pour over 2 oz.. of Aguere Caramel rum.
  3. Stir well and garnish with half a slice of grapefruit

 

AGUERE SKY CARAMEL

Touch the sky with a finger with the incredible fusion of Aguere Caramel Rum, ginger and fresh apple.

  • 2 oz. / 60ml Aguere Caramel Rum
  • 3 oz. / 90ml Apple juice
  • 1 sugar tsp
  • 2 Lime dices
  • 1 Ginger dice

Preparation:

  1. Add a dice of ginger to a Boston shaker or a mixing glass and mash it strongly.
  2. Add 2 dices of lime, a tsp of white sugar and muddle again.
  3. Pour 2 oz.. of Aguere Caramel rum and 3 oz.. of apple juice, cover with and shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
  4. Put 2 ice cubes in a balloon glass and double-strain it into the glass.
  5. Complete with crushed ice till the top and garnish with a spiral of orange skin

 

AGUERE FRESH CARAMEL

Refreshing fruit fantasy and … Aguere Caramel Rum of course!

  • 2 oz. / 60ml Aguere Caramel Rum
  • 3 oz. / 90ml Apple juice
  • 2 sugar tsp
  • 2 Orange dices
  • 1 Lime dice

Preparation:

  1. Take a mixing glass or a Boston shaker, add 2 orange dices, 2 lime dices and 2 tsp of white sugar to a Boston shaker or a mixing glass and mash everything together.
  2. Pour 2oz.. of Aguere Caramel and 3 oz.. of apple juice.
  3. Cover with Boston shaker and shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
  4. Put 2 ice cubes in a balloon glass and double-strain it into the glass.
  5. Complete with crushed ice and garnish with 3 thin layers of lime
