This release from the Matusalem team is their Premium expression which is aged for a minimum of 23 years using a Solera system.
The Matusalem team are located in the Dominican Republic, and they use a Solera ageing process for the majority of their Rums to help them retain their flavour and ensure that the taste does not differ from bottle to bottle.
Within this expression it is a Rich and Flavoursome Rum with plenty of Sweet Juicy Fruit notes with and Undertone of Sugar.
