Before you can checkout you must put your postcode in the delivery box and select a delivery option from the list provided, once this has been done the checkout selection will appear.
To protect our customers we have a strict safety fraud failure system in place. Please ensure that all the payment details align exactly with those that are held by your bank – especially your address and postcode.
Have a look in your spam folder as the email may have ended up there. If it isn’t there, you may have entered the incorrect email address. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm your order for you.
To track your order, go to www.ukmail.com ‘Manage my Delivery’ and enter your details (Customer Reference Number & Postcode). This will allow you to track the item and amend your delivery if required.
Items can be returned via our Royal Mail returns service which can be found at www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer. Please note that a charge may be incurred when returning items.
