The Macallan 18 Year Old Double Cask 2023 Release Whisky 70cl
From the Macallan team comes their 18 Year Aged Whisky which if you hadn't guessed has been given two different cask maturations during it's production.
They take Oloroso Sherry and season both American and European Oak casks which brings combination of Vanilla and Macallan Spice to the Whisky.
Plenty of Sweet Sherry notes coming through with hints of Raisin before a Vanilla, Caramel and Spice infusion burst on to the taste buds with undertones of Oaky Wood Spice to help finish off.
