Ragtime Rye Whiskey 70cl
This Ragtime Whisky is brought to us by none other than the New York Distilling Company and has been highly anticipated by Bartenders and Whisky drinkers all around the World!
For this particular expression they use a Mashbill which is specifically grown for the New York Distilling Company in, well.... New York State! The Mashbill used is 72% Rye and mixed with 16% Corn and 12% Malted Barley. Finally once this has all been mixed it is rested for a minimum of three years in American Oak Barrels!
This Wonderful Whiskey has lots of Rye notes running throughout with hints of a Spicy Cinnamon and Oak infusion along with veins of varying different Berries.
