Ninth Wave Irish Gin 70cl
This release from Hinch Distillery is based upon Irish Mythology, whereby there is a Mystical place just beyond the Coast of Ireland, where there is no sickness, no Death and a forever youth-fullness and beauty.
It is said that the only way to get to this place is by conquering the Ninth Wave, it is not visible to the human eye so one must overcome this barrier to get to this place of mysticism.
The resulting Gin is notes of Juniper running throughout with Waves of Citrus and and Spicy Pine coming through and just a touch of Mint to finish.
