Jawbox Small Batch Gin 70cl
Jawbox is a ‘Belfast Sink’ - similar to a Butler sink but with an overflow. We place the lemon peel and Black Mountain heather in a vapour basket suspended above the spirit in the still. As the still heats the vapour passes up through the basket extracting and protecting the delicate aromas. In 2013 it became Northern Ireland’s first new distillery in 125 years. Situated on the Echlinville Estate that dates back to 1730.
