Graham's LBV 2017 was principally sourced from Graham’s Quinta dos Malvedos and Quinta do Tua vineyards, with contributions from Vila Velha and Vale de Malhadas, two further properties which regularly contribute to the Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage blend.

The grape varieties were largely Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca with a smaller contribution of Sousão as well as Tinta Amarela and Tinta Barroca. The wine was matured in wood in the Graham's 1890 lodge for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking.

Late Bottle Vintages, as the name implies, are bottled later than classic Vintage Ports (the latter after two years). 2017 was a vintage with incredibly low yields which translated into intense and concentrated wines, rich and opulent, beautifully balanced by the freshness of excellent acidity. The vintage was of such high quality that Graham's declared a classic Vintage Port from 2017.
