Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka 70cl
Discarded Spirits is all about saving waste and finding ways to create excellent spirits with waste materials. This is just another fantastic example with them taking Pomace, which is the Skins, Stems and Seeds of Grapes from winemaking.
This is then distilled and blended with Wine Alcohol alongside the process of dealcoholizing Chardonnay, creating a wonderfully Fruity Vodka with notes of Lychee and hints of Apple.
