This father and son team Michael and Gavin Clifford created Bonac 24 gin in Ireland setting on their 24th creations, which if you didn’t guess is where the name come from.
When this gin touches the tip of the your tongue you well get the taste of many different flavours and textures, you the main taste of juicy orchard fruit then the hint of waxy lemon will hit you and then as it goes down you will start to taste the herby side of it with coriander, spearmint and fresh cucumber.
