The Puni Whisky distillery has had years of planning before it finally opened its doors in 2012. The man who started this was Albrecht Ebensperger. This Whisky distillery was found from Albrechts passion for the 'Scottish Water of Life', and when he finally opened his Distillery he did so in Glurns, in the Vinschgau Valley which is considered the 'Highlands of Italy'. 

The distillery gains its name from the river which passes through the Vinschgau Valley. The Distillery is made using handcrafted Pot Stills and is designed around a traditional style which is Harmonious and Picturesque. The distillery took two years to perfect before they started to produce their Exquisite Whisky.
