Jon Hillgren is the Founder and Master Distiller of the Herno Gin company which is the first dedicated Gin company to take reign in Sweden. Jon started this distillery by purchasing an 1800-century farm in Dala, which is situated in the High Coast of Sweden.
Jon began to distill his Gin whilst trying to encapsulate the true beauty of of the region which he produces the Gin, whilst also using the finest fresh ingredients he could find. He produces the Gin in their Hand Hammered Copper stills named Kierstin and Marit and uses Natural and Organic Botanicals.
