Fever Tree has been around since 2005 and is now considered the most popular mixing drink around the world. It was started by a partnership between Charles Rolls formerly of Plymouth Gin and Tim Warrillow an expert in Luxury Food Marketing. 

They had a dream of creating a premium mixer which was better than those currently on the market. They started their 15 month journey with countless hours spent at the library to learn the process and about different quality ingredients before they first released their Fever Tree tonic. 

They source the highest quality Quinine from the Rwanda Congo and mix with the highest qualities Botanicals possible before producing. It even contains rare ingredients such as Marigold extracts! Since its release the brand has soared and quickly became the popular and well established name it is today, with countless awards for its different varieties and is stocked in some of the most popular and well established restaurants around the world!
