The Domaine de Canton liqueur takes only the finest selected ingredients and distills these to create their liqueur. The Domaine liqueur takes the best baby Ginger from Asia to create the best liqueur possible. The baby ginger is chosen as it holds a more distinct flavour profile and a greater viscosity. 

They hand cut the Ginger, rinse it and allow this to dry for several days. This is then mixed with Tahitian Vanilla Beans and Provencal Honey and  selection of others botanicals to create the Domaine de Canton that everyone knows and loves.
