Dashfire was created by Lee Egbert. Lee started the Dashhfire bitter range to enhance cocktails and bring a new life to these. He spent time travelling around different areas of the world to gain insights of different Cultures and Spices.

This learning experience also enabled Lee to gain insights into new distillation techniques and processes which has allowed him to create bitters which are better. He has sourced only the finest Spices and Ingredients, along with the perfect pairing to gain a better flavour which creates a Bitter that will make cocktails have that extra twist!
