The Cinzano brand dates all the way back to 1757 when brothers Carlo Stefano and Giovanni Giacomo Cinzano had their thriving business of selling confectionery goods. Within their shop you would expect to have seen all kinds of Sweets, Chocolates, Jams and in particular Liqueurs. 

At this time they began to experiment with recipes and stilling and before they knew it they had created what was set to be the Cinzano Vermouth. The Cinzano brand was passed down from generation to generation with each one making great strides in making the business bigger and better. Eventually in 1999 Gruppo Campari acquired Cinzano, and with more than 200 years they have shown the true meaning of Italian heritage and continue to do so to this day.
