This Rum is produced in the Island of Mauritius which was once home of the Dodo, but is now home to the Pink Pigeon. The Pink Pigeon Rum is produced and distilled on the Medine Estate, in the Medine Estate.

This distillery has been making Rum since 1926 and has been using the homegrown Sugar Cane to produce its Rum ever since it first opened its doors. From this the Pink Pigeon Rum was created and lays claim to being a Single Estate!
