The Malfy distillery is located in Moncalieri which is just outside Torino. This area of Italy is famed for its production of Wines and and spirits and this has been the case for Malfy since 1906 which has been family run since it was first established. This distillery is now run by husband and wife team Carlo and Piera Vergnano with help from their children Rita and Valter.
Although this is family run the master distillers are Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni. Lemons are the heart of the Malfy Gin and lead the way for the Italian Picturesque. All of their Gins are produced in the Stainless Steel Vacuum still to ensure all the fresh Citrus and Juniper flavours are retained and later presented within their wonderful Gins.
